19th March
The last few days have seen the usual with a couple of Early Greys on the 16th, a Clouded Drab on the 17th and an Oak Beauty last night.

16th March 2015
As I was away at the beginning of the month I didn't start the trap until he 13th. Apart from 1 Brindled Beauty there were Hebrew Characters, Small Quakers and Common Quakers with 20 moths of 3 species last night.

29th April 2014 Numbers have been very low but a Muslin moth, Shuttle-shaped Dart, Flame Shoulder, Red-Twin Spot, Least Black Arches, Small Phoenix, Lesser Swallow Prominent, Garden Carpet and Nut-tree Tussock have all made a first appearance. This morning there was a Heart and Dart which seems extremely early.

14th April. Although only 5 moths in the trap it did include a Chestnut and a really smart Waved Umber.
12th April. 4 moths in the trap last night - 3 Hebrew Characters and a Brindled Beauty.

10th Apil. Moth numbers are still very low, and the temperature the same, but I did have my first Brimstone last night.
7th April. Moths have fluctuated in numbers but mostly the same species with Hebrew Character, Common Quaker on every night. A couple of new species over the last few weeks have been Streamer and both Dark Chestnut and Chestnut with Double-striped and Brindled Pugs.
